Policies and Information:

Domestic US:
Shipping is $5.50. Whenever possible, orders will ship USPS Priority Mail the next business day. You will be contacted if there is a change or delay.
I accept all Major Credit Cards and Paypal via the Paypal payment system. There is no need to have a Paypal account or sign up for one to use a Credit Card. The reason for using Paypal is simple: they are the professionals in online security and service. Neither one of us need to worry about the security of your information.
I will also accept Checks and Money orders, but this will greatly delay your order. If you prefer this method, Please Do Not use the shopping cart, simply email your order here and I will reply with an invoice.
International:
The preferred method for International shipping (besides Canada) is Global Priority Mail for $10.50. Please use the overseas button to add the additional shipping. Some orders are too large for these packages and will be dealt with on an individual basis.
For Canadian orders, the charges in most cases will be the same as domestic US, only USPS Air Mail will be used.

Inventory:
When an individual item button says 'now in stock' you can expect it to be. In the case of an item being oversold before I can change the button, you will be contacted and advised on when it can be expected and options. In most cases, I will offer to send the oversold item at no cost when it comes in.
Satisfaction:
This is simple; If you are not happy, neither am I. You can return any unopened, unused item to Ausfwerks for a full refund. Please do this in a reasonable time, within 30 days. Please note I can only refund the product price only, you are responsible for shipping. You can contact me with your concerns here.
